Insurance

All our houses are insured from the start of construction. The insurance covers construction, earthquakes, fire, flood, theft, injury to workmen and public liability for a period of one year starting from day one of construction. When the insurance is due for renewal, you will be able to upgrade the cover to include contents and anything else you require. The company we use is INTERAMERICAN, one of the top insurance companies in Greece .

Mortgage

We can also arrange a mortgage locally through a Greek bank to help you fund your build project.
